Performance Features

2.The roller crusher is mainly composed by rllers, roller bearings, tension device andadjustment devices and drive device etc.
3.The drive mechanism is composed by two motors, driving the rllers to rotate through V-belt to pulley wheel in the relative direction. When crushing materials, the m aterials tallinto the inlet, go through roller. After squeezing, the finished products are discharged from the bottom of the roller crusher.
4.The security shield should be installed by yourself at the transmission part as per theactual situation for safety.
Working principle
The roller crusher will crush the crushed materials into the space between the two rollers through the feeding port, and the finished materials will fall naturally. In case of over hard or non crushing materials, the roller of the roller crusher can automatically give way by the action of the hydraulic cylinder or spring. So that the rolle gap increases, and the over hard or non crushing materials fall down, so as to protect the machine from damage. There is a certain gap between the two rolles rotating in the opposite direction. By changing the gap,the maximum discharge particle sie of the product can be controlled.
